Hello, my 6 month old 2012 Cruze Check Air Bag light was constantly coming on, and I called Courtesy for an appointment. I purchased the car from Fremont Chevrolet but Courtesy is closer to my house. I arrived at 8am and was treated wonderfully during the entire process. Jim was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I also needed my tires rotated and balanced and I asked that it be done at the same time. I had a ride home and Jim called in the afternoon to let me know my car was ready. The air bag sensor had failed, and a new sensor was obtained from another dealer. I asked that the shuttle please pick me up, and since I was working from home, the time did not matter. The shuttle coordinator, I have forgotten his name, was very friendly and let me know when to expect the driver and said he would call just before he got to my house. I had mistakenly put my cell on vibrate and did not notice the call from Steve, the shuttle driver. When I did not pick up my cell phone, he called my home number and told me that they were waiting outside for me. The drive back was pleasant, and when I arrived, I was greeted and shown to the cashier area. Susan??? was very helpful and friendly and my car was newly washed and waiting outside for me. The shuttle coordinator made sure I knew the best way to exit the dealership. I will definitely use Courtesy again for any issues with my Cruze. By the way, I have owned five cars, one of which was a Lexus, and this Cruze is my favorite. The handling, interior comfort, great gas mileage and it's style are the best!!! I came in to Courtesy Chevrolet honestly expecting to not like the car I was about to drive. Brian, the sales representative, was extremely friendly, getting to know me and the friends I'd brought along to test the car's seating capacity, and I loved the car.
